NVIDIA limits maximum number of simultaneous NVENC video encoding sessions on consumer-grade GPUs. The common number is 3.

Please double check the version of the driver before applying the patch!!!

For Linux users, please follow GitHub - keylase/nvidia-patch: This patch removes restriction on maximum number of simultaneous NVENC video encoding sessions imposed by Nvidia to consumer-grade GPUs.
For Windows users, please follow nvidia-patch/win at master · keylase/nvidia-patch · GitHub
- You will have to apply the patch on every boot, for C:\Windows\system32\nvEncodeAPI64.dll will be recovered to the original unpatched version on each boot.

The good news is that NVIDIA has quietly increase the session limit from 3 to 5 for GeForce cards.
